Will my property be kept to a high standard?

Absolutely. Your property will be cleaned and inspected weekly. We take great care to ensure the highest standards are met.

Is the rent guaranteed?

Your rent is guaranteed for the length of the contract. This is usually 3-5 years. You will receive the same rent, on time, every month for the duration of our contract. Completely hassle free and truly passive income for you.
